Yes, you have the peace of mind that everything is new! Plus, you have the opportunity to select the location of your home, the floor plan, colors and many others choices that will truly make your home yours.



4. Do I need to have a Realtor to buy a new home?


No, you do not. Our New Home Specialists are trained professionals that can assist you in the purchase of your new home. If you have already selected a Realtor, we will be happy to work with them.



5. Does Ron Clark Construction & Design help me sell my current home or work with a contingency?


With more than 30 years in the industry, we have developed many relationships with professionals that can assist you in the sale of your home. Regarding contingencies, yes, we will work with them on a case by case basis.



6. How long will it take to build my home?


The length of time it takes to build a home is different for every home and every neighborhood. A broad estimate is four to twelve months.



7. How does an association work?


Each association-maintained neighborhood has a Homeowner’s Association. Each association has documents that explain the rules and regulations of the association, as well as the responsibilities of the management company or association manager. The responsibilities of the management company vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. Homeowners pay association dues. These assessments fund the work of the management company. 8. Are pets allowed?


We understand the importance of pets in your life. So, yes, pets are welcome at all of our neighborhoods. However, there may be a limitation on the number of pets or size of pets in a specific neighborhood. Please talk with a New Home Specialist for details.



9.  What type of warranty will I have on my home? 


New home warranties are dictated by the new home industry. Ron Clark Construction & Design meets and often exceeds the standard warranty on your home.
