A villa is a detached single-family home within an association-maintained community and often the primary suite and laundry are on the main level. You get the privacy and space of a stand-alone home while the HOA handles lawn care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance. The best of both worlds.
What is a rambler-style home?
A rambler is a single-story home where all primary living spaces, including kitchen, dining, great room, primary suite, and laundry, are on the main level. Ramblers are a hallmark of our design portfolio, celebrated for accessibility, flow, and livability.
Do you offer two-story townhomes?
Yes. Several of our neighborhoods feature multi-level townhomes with generous square footage, often placing the kitchen, dining, great room, and owner’s suite on the upper level for great natural light, with garage-level family rooms and bedrooms below.
What square footage ranges are available?
Our homes range from approximately 1,800 to 3,500+ square feet depending on floor plan and neighborhood, whether you’re right-sizing or looking for a spacious forever home.
Can I see floor plans before purchasing?
Absolutely. Our New Home Specialists walk you through every available floor plan during your model home visit, and floor plans are available online and in our sales offices.
Do your homes have main-level living options?
Yes, and it’s one of our specialties. Many of our most popular homes place the primary suite, kitchen, laundry, and living areas all on the entry floor, ideal for those who prefer comfort and accessibility without stairs.
What is typically included in a standard Ron Clark home?
Every Ron Clark home is built to a high standard: gourmet kitchens with large islands, hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, quality appliances, and abundant natural light. Specific inclusions vary by neighborhood, and our Design Coordinator walks you through every detail.
