After completing purchase documents, you’ll work with our Construction & Design Coordinator to customize your home and select appliances, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and other finishes. This is one of the most exciting parts of building your home.
What is the Pre-Closing Inspection?
Your formal introduction to your new home. Our Service Manager walks every room with you, demonstrates all mechanical systems, and documents any final items to address before closing. You’ll know every inch of your home before you take ownership.
What does closing look like?
Closing is genuinely a warm, relaxed get-together. Your home is finished and ready, documents are signed, keys are handed over, and you step into the next chapter of your life. We believe closing should feel like a celebration.
How long does the building process take?
Timelines vary by home type and neighborhood. A broad estimate is four to twelve months. Your Construction Superintendent and Project Manager keep you informed throughout so you always know where things stand.
What happens after closing?
Your Customer Service Coordinator becomes your primary contact for the first 12 months, handling all warranty service requests. We don’t disappear after the keys are handed over. We stand behind every home we build.
What is earnest money?
A good-faith deposit made when you reserve your home, demonstrating serious intent to purchase. The specific amount varies by neighborhood and home price, and it’s applied toward the purchase price at closing.
