Your Customer Service Coordinator is your primary contact for the first 12 months post-closing, working with the Service Manager to schedule and follow up on all warranty requests promptly.
What does the first-year warranty cover?
Workmanship and materials, including paint finishes, trim, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and mechanical systems. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it and we want to fix it.
